MR. HOLDEN
EXPLORES

Welcome to Mr. Holden Explores

In an increasingly globally connected world, global education has become essential for students to understand complex global issues, such as poverty and human rights, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to navigate a rapidly changing world, gain deeper understandings of cultural awareness, equity, and international perspectives, and prepare for diverse, multinational work environments.

This Global Education Guide is intended to help educators increase their global education knowledge and further global competency in their students by providing resources and examples to increase global learning in classrooms, communities, and beyond.

  • Synthesize skills and strategies used in global education

  • Identify, assess, and address challenges and opportunities for global competence with students and communities

  • Provide examples of global education lessons and stories from my Fulbright Teacher Exchange in Morocco
